Villa Brunella is a simple accommodation, but perfect for those seeking independence and privacy within a quiet neighborhood surrounded by a green hilly landscape. The house is completely independent and on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with sofa and TV, a table with 4 seats, equipped kitchenette, and washing machine.
A single flight of stairs leads to the upper floor, where guests benefit from:
• first bedroom with a double bed and access to the courtyard
• second bedroom with access to the courtyard and bunk bed, where the lower bed is the size of a French bed, and the upper bed is the size of a standard single bed
• full bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
The covered veranda is the ideal place to eat outdoors or relax on the two sun loungers. Hedges and vegetation on all sides of the courtyard increase the level of privacy of the outdoor spaces, and from the south side, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the hills. The villa is located 100 meters above sea level, and the area is characterized by a ventilated and hilly climate. Guests have access to all areas of the house and the courtyard. The external storage room, two small closets in the living room, and the boxes under the beds are reserved for storing the owner’s personal belongings. You can park your vehicle for free on the street in front of the house. No shared spaces with other people.

The area: We are in Southeast Sardinia, in Domus De Maria, a small village famous for its slow-life and the natural beauty of its coastal territory: white sandy beaches and ancient junipers, granite peaks, small sheltered bays in breathtaking panoramas, boat trips and inflatable boats… for sea lovers. A vast mountain area with parks of Mediterranean flora, horseback riding, excursions in wild oases, and ancient caves millions of years old… for those who prefer the mainland 🙂 Villa Brunella is in a strategic position to discover this corner of Sardinia even in low season. The center of the village [800mt] is within a very short walk and you will find: market – bar – restaurant and pizzeria – bank – pharmacy. A car is essential during your vacation.
