The ground-floor apartment comprises:
• air-conditioned living room with a dining table for 6 people, sofa, and TV, equipped kitchenette, and washing machine
• first bedroom with a double bed and a window facing the courtyard
• first bathroom
• second bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the courtyard
• en-suite bathroom in the second bedroom.
An additional folding bed is also available for the fifth guest. Windows with mosquito nets ensure brightness and ventilation. Hot/cold air conditioning is available in both the living room and both bedrooms. Externally, the large courtyard for exclusive use is enhanced by the panoramic veranda overlooking nature, which offers seating for 6 people, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. Within the property, a large lawn is available for all guests to stroll and let their children play. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided. Parking is available free of charge for 2 cars.

The area: we are located in Chia, in a secluded and nature-surrounded environment. At a very short distance (300 meters) supermarket, coffee bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and direct sales of agricultural products cultivated in the surrounding gardens. This is an optimal location to reach all the most beautiful beaches in the Southwest of Sardinia, all equipped with parking areas and served by beach resorts, kiosks, and bars for aperitifs and lunch breaks. Recommended beaches include Sa Colonia Beach, Su Portu Beach, Su Giudeu Beach, Cala Cipolla Beach, and Tuerredda Beach. The village of Pula attracts many visitors with its numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest center is Domus De Maria, where you can find a pharmacy, bank, and other services. In the area, there are various archaeological and natural attractions, including the Phoenician-Punic-Roman archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the Is Zuddas caves in Santadi, and the woodland park of Is Cannoneris with its beautiful Mediterranean flora and fauna that can make your vacation more exciting.
