The independent villa is surrounded on all sides by a large courtyard partially shaded by the pine forest.
The ground floor consists of:
• living room with sofas and TV
• dining room with table and 6 seats
• equipped independent kitchen
• first bedroom with two single beds and en-suite full bathroom
• guest bathroom next to the kitchen with washing machine.
On the first and last floor:
• second full bathroom
• second bedroom with two single beds
• third bedroom with double bed and terrace.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobe. The villa accommodates up to 6 people + 1 infant with a crib. Outside, the veranda area has a table with 8 seats and sun loungers for relaxation in the courtyard, where there are also the barbecue and outdoor shower. Guests have access to the entire villa except for the basement and two pieces of furniture used to store personal items.

The area: inside the condominium, traffic is reduced to very few vehicles, the hedges and the shade of the pine trees, the sea breeze 300 meters as the crow flies from the house, create an atmosphere of serenity and peace. There are various playgrounds for various sports (soccer – tennis – volleyball) and a play area for children. Within walking distance, guests can take advantage of the “Market La Cantoniera” or the Crai and Conad supermarkets a 5-minute drive away in the town of Pula, a lively village where we recommend spending some evenings of your vacation and where you can find all the useful services. The historic center is pedestrianized, with many shops and good restaurants. Also 1.5km from home is the renowned Forte Village Resort and with a 10-minute drive you will reach the beautiful beaches of Chia. A vehicle is essential to take advantage of the services in the area and discover all the points of interest in the surroundings.
