Villa Eritrina is located within an exclusive neighborhood of only villas, 270 meters from Campana Dune beach. Completely independent, it boasts a large garden on four sides. English lawn, dozens of tree species, parking space for two large vehicles, a heated outdoor shower, and a recently renovated 5×12 meter swimming pool that enhances the property. The hot and cold air conditioning which makes the house pleasantly livable even in low season is available in the living room and in all bedrooms. Externally, in the spacious covered veranda, sofas and armchairs, plus a table with 8 seats, and the barbecue invite you to enjoy your holiday outdoors. The majestic sun terrace is a magical place at sunset, when the sun plunges into the Chia lagoon. Guests have access to the entire property, except for some spaces in the basement which are kept for private use. The gardening service and the swimming pool maintenance service access the courtyard periodically and autonomously to ensure the care of the external spaces. No space is shared and guests enjoy the entire property, including the swimming pool, in complete privacy.

The area: we are located within one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of Southern Sardinia. The condominium guard service increases the security of a quiet neighborhood with little vehicle traffic. The commercial area of the small square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of minimarket – bar – restaurant – pharmacy and ATM services as well as the possibility of shows and evening entertainment. Campana Dune beach can be reached with a short walk. The car is always recommended to expand the possibility of activities that can be done in the area, and to visit the beaches, restaurants, agritourism farms and places of note not reachable on foot.
