The apartment on the first and top floor comprises the following spaces:
• living room with equipped kitchenette, sofa, internal table with 3 seats
• bedroom [with 2 single beds or a double bed according to your needs] with wardrobe and French door to the terrace
• full bathroom
• panoramic terrace with sea view, furnished on the south side [sea view] and north side [hill view].
Washing machine and sink are available on the terrace. The windows with mosquito nets ensure brightness and ventilation, while the air conditioning in the living room effectively cools/heats the bedroom as well. Our guests, who access the property from an independent entrance, enjoy a small courtyard with an outdoor shower and barbecue. The first and top floor is accessible via a partially covered external staircase equipped with a handrail. The magnificent sea view connects guests with the sea even from home, creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

The area: We are located in one of the best locations in Villasimius. The neighborhood is quiet even during the high season. Pedestrian and vehicle traffic is very low, as only residents pass through. We are halfway between the town and Simius beach. Both the Simius beach and the town can be reached on foot or with a short drive, where, in addition to the evening entertainment, all essential services are available: market, pharmacy, bank, medical center, tobacco shop, etc. Villasimius is a lively village with numerous restaurants, wine bars, and a shopping street with Sardinian craftsmanship and local gourmet shops. The village, inhabited by locals year-round, offers all the services for a holiday full of fun, nightlife, and beach and recreational activities. A car is always recommended during your vacation in Villasimius.
