Access to the property is simple and convenient: beyond the gate, a paved driveway leads to the large courtyard where free parking is always available. The three bedrooms offer a warm and authentic atmosphere, while the living room is enhanced by a large panoramic window that transforms the surrounding countryside into a natural setting. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. The fully equipped, separate kitchen opens onto the panoramic covered terrace. It is here, amidst carefully curated outdoor furniture, that life moves outdoors. From the veranda, your gaze is captivated by an endless horizon; an irresistible invitation to be enveloped by the living power of the landscape. The name “Le Pavoncelle” is inspired by our artistic tradition: a symbol of local authenticity that we hope you will appreciate while staying with us. Access to the property is via a remote-controlled automatic gate. A short paved driveway leads to the villa’s spacious internal courtyard, where you can park for free. The villa houses two independent apartments: to ensure everyone has a rejuvenating stay, we ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of their neighbors.

We are ideally located for those who want to regenerate in the countryside without giving up the sea: in about a 10-minute drive (8 km), you can reach the dunes and crystal-clear waters of Chia. The house is located 1 km from the center of Domus de Maria, a village that preserves the slow pace and authentic flavors of Sardinia.
