The apartment, entirely on the ground floor, consists of:
• air-conditioned living room with an 8-seat table, two sofas, and a large-screen TV, equipped kitchenette
• first bedroom with two single beds and a window facing the courtyard
• second bedroom with a double bed and a window facing the courtyard
• third bedroom with 2 single beds plus a fold-out bed for the seventh guest
• first full bathroom
• second full bathroom with a large shower and washing machine.
The house, kept cool even in summer thanks to air conditioning in both the living room and all bedrooms, also features mosquito nets for stress-free ventilation. Guests have exclusive use of the large courtyard in front of the veranda, where, in addition to the convenience of a second 8-seat table, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue, they will also find a children’s play area equipped with a swing. Within the property, a large green lawn is available for strolling and letting your children play. Free and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided. Parking is available for two cars.

The area: we are located in Chia, in a secluded and nature-surrounded setting. At a very short distance (300 meters), there are a market, café-bar, restaurants, pizzerias, and direct sales of agricultural products from the surrounding gardens. This is an optimal location to reach all the most beautiful beaches in the southwest of Sardinia. All the beaches have parking areas and are served by beach resorts, snack bars for aperitifs, and lunch breaks. The recommended beaches include Sa Colonia Beach, Su Portu Beach, Su Giudeu Beach, Cala Cipolla Beach, and Tuerredda Beach. The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest center is Domus De Maria, where you can find a pharmacy, bank, and other services. In the area, there are various archaeological and naturalistic attractions, including the Phoenician-Punic-Roman archaeological complex of Nora with its mythical ruins, the caves of Is Zuddas in Santadi, and the Is Cannoneris forest park with its beautiful Mediterranean flora and fauna, which can make your vacation more exciting. A car is always recommended during your stay in Chia.
